It’s you old pal Gil here and I’m here to sell you a new ship that’s right it’s brand-new-refurbished Nebulon B frigate. It might be the workhorse of the fleet if it wasn’t such a stubborn mule.  I swear Old Gil hasn’t sold anything as safe as the Nebulon B since the last Ford Pinto blew up.

So can I tempt you with a Nebulon-B? Are you in the market?

Let’s talk features – this thing comes in two flavours Escort Frigate and Support Refit. But don’t worry you won’t really need the Support Refit unless you’re poor like Old Gil here. The ships both sport an evade, two braces, five hull and front heavy shields to make up for those awful side shields – but that’s why they come with a Support-Team to help it out as standard. What you do with that is on you.

They also have a Officer and Turbolaser which you can fit out to suit your lifestyle.

They don’t exactly manoeuvre well at low speeds but you get this baby up to 3 and you won’t know what to do with yourself. And look it doesn’t even need speed holes to get that fast and stay on target. On that topic, you’re gonna want to keep that face forward for the 3 red dice guns unless you’re Admiral Ackbar but I just sold him a bunch of clapped out CR-90s.

Both ships have 2 command and 3 engineering – but we’re gonna need to start talking platinum badges if we’re gonna get into some of the other specs.

You like squadrons? You’re gonna want the Yavaris title – this baby used to be in almost every single Rebel squadron heavy list back when Old Gil had a full head of hair but since the errata it’s not as popular. This is where you’ll want the Escort Frigate to activate 2 squadrons – you’re not gonna want the Support Refit with its meagre 1 squadron stat.

Maybe you like shooting stuff? Salvation is definitely the model for you with all your crits counting as 2 damage instead of just one out that front arc. Remember I mentioned that turbolaser? You’ll figure something out I’m sure or talk to Commander Sato about getting some fancy black dice out there! You’ll need the extended warranty for that.

Ah man! I thought I was in the zone for a moment there.

Or you could do the Vanguard model to get a weapons team on there to mod those dice and change out a defence token for a redirect to try and live longer?

Now if surviving is your thing and you want more engineering bang for buck you’re gonna need Redemption and that buff that damage right out across your entire fleet. Can’t do anything about the rust though.
